We are located in San Javier on the Costa Calida, in the south east of Spain. Good quality Spanish Beds are designed to cope with the SPANISH Climate. They either have BREATHABLE FABRICS or the cheaper ones have additional ventilation valves. However the most important difference is that good spanish beds have siliconised wadding which resists sweat (in the summer) and damp (in the winter). UK beds dont have this and are therefore prone to MILDEW caused by SWEAT and DAMP. It is also mis-information that Spanish beds are uncomfortable. Cheap Spanish beds may be uncomfortable but so are cheap UK beds. Please also note that slatted bases should not be used with SPRUNG Mattresses.
